Report a security vulnerability

Have you found a security vulnerability in FK Audio Suite, an FK plugin, our license service or this website? Please tell us before you publish it.

How to report a vulnerability

Write to info@fk-onlineservices.de with the subject "Security". Helpful are:

• the affected product and its version,
• your operating system and, if relevant, your DAW,
• a description of the vulnerability and the steps with which we can reproduce it.

License keys, passwords or other secret data do not belong in the e-mail.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 3 working days.
• We examine the report, tell you what we found and fix a confirmed vulnerability with an update.
• Updates are listed in the changelog and on the download page. FK Audio Suite points out a new version at startup as long as the update check is switched on.

Please give us time to fix the vulnerability before you publish details.
