License terms for FK plugins

Terms for the Lite and Pro versions of the FK plugins. The DAW FK Audio Suite itself is free software under the GPLv3.

These terms apply to the plugins of FK-Onlineservices UG (haftungsbeschränkt) - FK Rig and every further FK plugin - in their Lite and Pro versions.

The DAW

FK Audio Suite itself is free software under the GNU General Public License version 3. You may use, study, share and change it under that license. These terms do not restrict it.

Lite

The Lite version of a plugin is free. You may use it for private and commercial work, on as many computers as you like, and pass on the unchanged download.

Pro

  • A Pro license belongs to one person, identified by the e-mail address in the key.
  • You may use it on all your own computers, at the same time if you like.
  • You may not pass the key on, sell it or publish it. A studio or school that needs several licenses writes to us.
  • Music, sounds and recordings you make with the plugins are yours, without royalties.
  • A lifetime license covers the bought plugin, including updates of the same major version. The bundle covers every FK plugin, including future ones.
  • The plugins are provided as they are. Statutory warranty and liability remain unaffected.

Purchase

The purchase is a contract with our reseller Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) as merchant of record; its terms of sale, including the right of withdrawal and refunds, apply. A refunded license is ended.
