> Which third-party software and measurement data FK Audio Suite and the FK plugins use, and under which licence.

FK Audio Suite and the FK plugins build on software and data by others. This page lists what we use and under which licence. The full licence texts come with every download (`THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt` and `THIRD_PARTY.md`).

## In the plugins (FK Rig, FK Grand, FK Drums, FK Orchestra, FK Wave)

## In FK Audio Suite (DAW, open source)

FK Audio Suite is free software under the GPLv3 and uses, among others, Tracktion Engine (GPLv3), JUCE (GPLv3), sfizz (BSD-2), SoundTouch (LGPL-2.1) and Signalsmith Stretch (MIT). The source code and the full list are in the public repository.

## Measurement data and content

* **FK Drums:** modes and decay times measured from DRSKit 2.1 (DrumGizmo team, kit by Jes Eiler / DRSDrums), CC BY 4.0. No recordings are included.
* **FK Grand:** matched against measurements of the Salamander Grand Piano V3 by Alexander Holm, CC BY 3.0. No recordings are included.
* On request, the FK Audio Suite content manager downloads the Salamander Grand Piano (CC BY 3.0, Alexander Holm) and VSCO 2 Community Edition (CC0, Versilian Studios); neither is bundled.
