# Thank you for your purchase

> Your Pro key arrives by e-mail within a few minutes. How to activate it, and what to do if the e-mail does not arrive.

Your payment has reached our reseller Paddle. Paddle sends you the receipt with the invoice.

## Your key arrives by e-mail

Within a few minutes you get an e-mail from **licensing@fk-onlineservices.de** with the subject "Your license key". It contains your Pro key: one long line starting with `FKPRO2-`.

**Please check your spam folder, too.** If the e-mail is there, mark it as "not spam" and add the sender to your address book, so later e-mails from us arrive directly.

## How to activate Pro

1. Open the plugin, for example FK Rig in your DAW or as the standalone program.
2. Paste the whole key into the **Pro key** field at the bottom of the window.
3. Click **Activate Pro**. The plugin checks the key offline and shows "Pro, licensed to" with your e-mail address.

## No e-mail after 15 minutes?

* [Resend my license](https://licensing.fk-onlineservices.de/v1/resend/): enter the address you bought with. All keys of that address are sent again right away.
* If nothing arrives even then, write to [licensing@fk-onlineservices.de](mailto:licensing@fk-onlineservices.de) with the order number from Paddle's receipt. We answer personally.
