# Refund policy

> 14 days money back on every Pro license, without giving a reason. How to ask for a refund through Paddle or by e-mail.

We want you to buy only what works for you. That is why every plugin has a free Lite version to try first - and why every purchase comes with a **14-day money-back guarantee**.

## 14 days, no reason needed

* Within **14 days** of buying a Pro license or the bundle you get the **full price back**, without giving a reason.
* This applies to every FK plugin and to the bundle, in every country.
* The refund goes back the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

## How to ask for a refund

1. Open the **purchase e-mail from Paddle** and use the link to manage your order, or look up your order at [paddle.net](https://www.paddle.net/).
2. Choose to ask for a refund there.

You can also write to us at **info@fk-onlineservices.de** with the e-mail address you bought with; we take care of the refund through Paddle.

## What happens to the license

A refunded license ends. Please remove the key from the plugin (Licenses... in the plugin window); the plugin then works as Lite again. Projects and presets you made stay usable.

## After 14 days

After 14 days there is no refund without a reason. If something does not work as described, write to us anyway: we look for a solution, and your statutory warranty rights stay unaffected.

## Statutory right of withdrawal

Paddle as merchant of record sells the license to you; the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers is governed by [Paddle's buyer terms](https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Our 14-day guarantee applies in addition and regardless of it.
